About

I used to fix teeth. Now I ask questions .

I'm Humna Raza: dentist turned lifestyle blogger, entrepreneur, and podcast host. This is the space where I keep the honest version of it all.

Dentistry taught me discipline. It also taught me what it feels like to do everything right and still feel like something is missing. Leaving was deliberate. I wanted my days to be about mental wellness, self-improvement, and candid conversations, not clinical routine.

What I'm known for is not the polished version. It's the raw one. Especially motherhood: I talk about the phase I'm actually in, not the one that photographs well. Positive vibes only, but the honest kind. Never the toxic kind that asks you to smile through everything.

That's also why I host Happy Chirp, where women do the talking. Raw, open discussions for Pakistani and Desi women: mental health, relationships, the taboos we inherit and the ones we choose to break.

Everything here runs on one idea: the small things matter. Small habits, small honesty, small acts of self-awareness. That's the work. And something for moms is quietly taking shape; the newsletter will hear about it first.
